The concept of inopitas is to combine various complementary competences that result from the individual backgrounds, experiences and the overall network of its founders and employees. In this way, perspectives combine across diverse project assignments in terms of sectors, topics and clients - across Germany and in an international environment.
Martin Schuster
Before founding inopitas, Martin worked for more than five years in internal management consulting for energy companies RWE, innogy and E.ON. His core competence lies in business development and transformation processes in energy supply, especially in the areas of grid infrastructure, retail and (e-)mobility. His distinctive expertise in energy value chains and ecosystems, in combination with internal corporate structures, enables him to provide competent strategic support to his clients. For more than ten years, he has been dealing with the "energy industry part of the energy transition” and the resulting new energy ecosystem.
Moritz Ullrich
Moritz is an experienced project manager and consultant in the areas of the energy transition with a special focus on the hydrogen economy and mobility topics. Building on his experience in external technology and strategy consulting, where he was able to significantly contribute to the development of the business field "hydrogen and fuel cells", he worked as an independent management consultant in these areas with a cross-industry approach. Today, he represents inopitas as co-founder and managing director, and contributes to the team with his technical expertise, especially with regard to systemic-complex interrelationships. By this means, he provides the perspective of external influencing factors on companies.
